The article reads about the introduction of a programme "Rapid Assessment of physical health of students” during the training process in the experimental schools, allowing to assess psychophysiological indicators of students, level of physical development and deflections of pupils’ health. Taking into consideration these data, the authors suggest individual physical developing programmes for physical education hours based on monitoring observations and recommendations for students according to their performance.

The level of physical development, indicators of health level deflection, rapid assessment of physical health of pupils, students’ adaption to educational and physical activity, functional status.
